Slovensko a KHL. Nepretržitý vzťah, pri ktorom ale platia určité pravidlá. Hráči z KHL totiž nemôžu nastupovať v drese slovenskej reprezentácie.
Momentálne pôsobí v ruskej KHL až deväť Slovákov. K menám ako Tomáš Jurčo, Patrik Rybár, Michal Krištof alebo Michal Čajkovský sa pred pár chvíľami pridalo desiate meno.
Do ruského tímu Admiral Vladivostok totiž prestupuje opora slovenských obranných radov, Mário Grman. Dvadsaťsedemročný obranca pôsobil posledné dve sezóny v českej najvyššej súťaži, konkrétne v tíme HC Vítkovice. Po sezóne mu ale skončila zmluva. Po nie najhorších výkonoch a dokonca aj presnom zásahu v zápase s Francúzskom si obranca našej tretej formácie a stálica obrany zrejme znížil možnosť reprezentovať krajinu do budúcnosti.
S tímom z východu Ruska podpísal jednoročnú zmluvu. V tíme sa stretne aj s českou stopou, keďže kapitánom tímu je český obranca Libor Šulák.
