Ako je známe, každý rok v slovenskej najvyššej súťaži hrá mnoho zámorských hráčov. Tak tomu bude aj v budúcej sezóne.
Prvou správou je smutná správa pre fanúšikov HKM Zvolen. Tou správou je totiž koniec kariéry ich lídra a hviezdy z minulej sezóny. Kariéru z osobných dôvodov ukončil Michael Huntebrinker. V poslednej sezóne mal na konte 67 zápasov, v ktorých zaznamenal až 57 bodov za 16 gólov a 41 asistencii. Zvolenskému útoku bude veľmi chýbať, ale už oznámili náhradu práve za Michaela Huntebrinkera.

A práve tou náhradou sa stane Drake Rymsha. Priezvisko Rymsha už možno niekomu niečo napovie. Drakeov brat River totiž hral v rokoch 2020-2022 v našej lige. Najprv odohral sezónu v Detve a neskôr sa presťahoval do Popradu. Drake je aj napriek svojmu veku 24 rokov už skúsený útočník s viac ako 50 zápasmi v AHL a 1 zápasom v NHL. V poslednej sezóne si v zámorskej ECHL lige pripísal priemerne bod na zápas a vyzerá to tak, že Zvolen našiel ideálnu náhradu.

Aj Nitra hlási americkú útočnú posilu. Do Nitry príde 25 ročný ľavý útočník Lincoln Griffin. Zatiaľ nehral v nejakom väčšom tíme, iba v tímoch univerzitnej ligy NCAA alebo ECHL. Nitra v tomto prestupovom období priviedla už zaujímavé mená, napríklad Samuel Buček. Je možné, že Griffin bude hrať aj vo formácii práve so spomínaným reprezentantom Bučekom.

A posledným menom z radu Američanov v tomto zozname je veľmi produktívny center a najnovšia posila HK Poprad Ryan Dmowski. Ďalšie obrovské meno, ktoré prichádza do radov Popradu. S menami v útoku ako Beaudoin, Gerlach, Coulter, Svitana, Záborský bude Dmowski veľmi dobre spolupracovať. Hneď od začiatku by sa mal zaradiť k lídrom celého tímu, čo sa od neho aj očakáva. Mal by pretaviť skúsenosti hlavne z pôsobenia v AHL.
