„Kerbs“ na Spiš prišiel v sezóne 2022/23 z Dánskeho Esbjerg Energy kde zaznamenal pôsobivých 55 kanadských bodov za 24 gólov a 31 asistencií na čo potreboval iba úctyhodných 52 zápasov. Predtým už na Slovensku pôsobil v rokoch 2018 až 2020 kedy v drese Nitry nastúpil na 101 zápasov v ktorých si pripísal 74 kanadských bodov za 29 gólov a 45 asistencií.
Návrat „Kerbsa“ na Spiš na papieri znamená návrat produktívneho centra, ktorý už prostredie klubu dobre pozná a tak by jeho aklimatizácia nemala byť problémom. Uvidíme či sa mu opäť podarí prevziať ofenzívne opraty Spišiakov a nadviazať tak na minulú sezónu. Takéto očakávania sú určite na mieste, keďže tím Spišiakov vyzerá v ofenzíve ešte nabitejšie ako minulú sezónu.
